Attention shall be paid to the following items during installation of ball screw pair:

a. The ball screw pair is only used to bear axial load. Radial force and bending moment will cause additional surface contact stress and other loads on the ball screw pair, which may cause permanent damage to the screw. Therefore, when the ball screw pair is installed on the machine tool

It should be noted that:

(1) The axis of the lead screw must be parallel to the axis of the supporting guide rail, and the bearing seats and nut seats at both ends of the machine tool must be aligned at three points

(2) Install the nut as close to the support bearing as possible;

(3) When installing the support bearing at the same time, try to be close to the nut installation position.

b. When the ball screw is installed on the machine tool, do not remove the nut from the screw shaft.
