The exterior of the pipe can be processed with PTFE coating or metal coating.
The inner wall of the pipe can be treated with fluorine coating to enhance hydrophobicity and reduce cross contamination.
Metal coating can increase the strength and hydrophobic function of the needle body, reducing cross contamination.
Based on different purposes and applications such as waterproofing, insulation, heat resistance, and sealing, two types of PTFE coatings are recommended:
Black: High adhesion, high temperature resistance;
Green: Excellent insulation properties;
Film thickness: 10 μ m~30 μ m;
Metal coating can increase the wear resistance of the needle body and reduce cross contamination.
Film thickness: 400nm~1 μ m;
